An Autumn Romance in the Finnish nature for Arisa and Kazuki
When you travel across the world to capture wedding portraits on a Finnish lake side
Kazuki and Arisa travelled all the way from Japan to experience the magic of Finnish nature for their wedding portraits. We planned their photo session months in advance, and I've paid a few visits to Meiko carefully scouting spots to find the most romantic corners of the forest and the lake shore, ensuring every detail give that "This is Finland" - the vide the couple wished for.
Mid-autumn wrapped the landscape in warm hues, while fleeting bursts of wind and capricious sun created a mood that felt truly cinematic. Arisa wore a Western-style tulle gown that floated in the winds and which highlighted her femininity and gentle fragility in the most effortless way.
Through the chill of the northern air, their trust in one another brought a soft warmth and elegance to every frame. When they received their photographs, they couldn't be more happy with this long lasting memory of their Finnish adventure.
